A strong family business dedicated to providing great customer service and crucial environmental solutions.  They are now able to offer a pro-active site Operations Manager an opportunity to drive their business and take full responsibility for the Transport Operations.

Reporting to the General Manager this position has overall responsibility for the management of the waste collection and disposal process across the whole operation. Operational focus will be directed at achieving EPA compliance, fleet management including vehicle equipment, working directly with customers, purchasing orders, OH&S and to be accountable for the WMS  pertaining to the administrative and financial matters and report on the profit and loss activities.

You will also participate in meetings relating to workforce planning, the environment, quality, safety and advise on transport SOP's.

Your high level of customer service, strong computer knowledge, environmental safety and operational expertise will be highly sought after. A solid communicator, with at least 5 years experience in managing a fleet in a similar role is ideal.
