Known for their prompt and personalised service in the transport industry they are dedicated to providing a high level of customer service now require a self driven, focussed and responsible Night Shift Coordinator to supervise their evening transport activities.

This role has minimal client interaction as the focus will be to manage and coordinate the evening drivers and subcontractors on their evening shipment allocations, including time slotting and routing of transport to the various locations as well as wharf pick up and deliveries.  Book slot times in readiness for the following days operational needs.
 
As the Night Shift Coordinator you will need to display a strong understanding of managing  drivers, allocating work loads, tracking container movements, preparing evening reports and rosters, invoicing orders, freight sorting, stacking goods and checking log entries.

Naturally, you will need to demonstrate experience in managing a night shift operation and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people, make decisions, use initiative and provide a smooth transition of the night operation as a leader.

In this role you will be given the opportunity to use practical skills to ensure its success.  You must have a reach stacker and forklift licence. Tertiary Qualifications will be highly regarded. 

An appropriate salary will be negotiated to ensure success in this position.
