The successful candidate will work towards the centralisation of functions whilst assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of the human resource policies and procedures. As a HR Professional you will provide HR support to management on human resource issue, OH&S, people development, workforce trends and industrial relations issues.

Commercially focused with a hands-on approach your proven generalist experience within manufacturing, transport or logistics will be well regarded.  High level communication and influencing skills together with a strong analysis and problem solving background will be supported with an appropriate tertiary qualification.
