An industrial manufacturer, they provide an extremely high level of customer service on a comprehensive range of automation equipment including pneumatic components, valves, cylinders and accessories.
Therefore we are seeking an exceptional customer service officer with a TECHICAL SUPPORT background to join a motivated and successful customer service team.
As part of the customer service team you will be responsible for taking calls from a broad customer base and processing sales orders in SAP. After extensive product training other responsibilities will include preparing quotes, assisting customers with product selections and liaising with the production and warehouse departments.
It would be ideal if to have customer service experience gained within an industrial or engineering environment together with a knowledge of SAP & mechanically minded is desirable as well.. However, extensive product and SAP training is provided.
More importantly, if you have an exceptional telephone manner, solid computer skills, a high attention to detail together with a mechanical aptitude and the ability to multi task we would like to hear from you.
