A well established insulation company for the commercial and residential industries. They are currently seeking an Office Manager with JD Edwards experience.
 
Supporting the State Manager and supervising on administration officer, you will be responsible for:
  • Contracting Jobs to Subbies and arranging required materials
  • Preparation of weekly KPI reports
  • Preparation & tracking of invoices
  • Preparation of Sales reports
  • Customer Service
  • Bookeeping
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Reconciliations
The successful candidate will be reliable, have a high attention to detail, be able to multi task, time manage and the be proactive.
 
Solid computer skills are expected, however, it is your knowledge of JD Edwards that is sought as the successful candidate will be the office expert.
